Desre Sandstone took over the Gauteng operations in 2003 of New World Sandstone (established in January 1990). We have ± 80 qualified stone masons and ± 5 tilers. We have 5 trained supervisors reporting to Mr. William Tsotetsi and two qualified site foremen reporting directly to Mr. Riaan E. du Plessis, Desre Sandstone General Manager.

Desre Construction has built major construction projects for various large companies over the last twenty eight years, such as: LTA Construction (Vaal), Interkor Construction (Rustenburg), Murray & Roberts, Concor / Rainbow Construction J.V., etc.
